Throughout my career, I've built my work around two things I genuinely enjoy: creating great experiences for people and finding better ways to make things happen. My background in marketing has taught me to look at the big picture, understand what people need, and bring the right pieces together… from ideas and strategy to communication, processes, and execution.

I'm naturally a doer. When I see an opportunity, I want to explore it. When I encounter a problem, I start looking for a solution. And when something can be done better, I'm usually already thinking about how.

I love the details, the possibilities, and the process of taking a vision—whether it's a relaxing vacation, a cruise, exploring history in Europe, or a more complicated adventure—and turning it into a memorable trip.

At Oakseed Consulting, I help businesses take ideas with potential and give you the structure, processes, marketing, and customer focus you need to grow. I bring a strategic mind, a practical approach, and a strong belief that great work happens when people, ideas, and processes work well together.
